“Price is what you pay, value is what you get”Warren Buffett
A shop that wants to know what is actually happening
Every source in one metric layer, with an assistant that can be asked about them.
A shop spending on Meta and TikTok
Everything in Fish, plus creative ranked on store revenue and a studio that builds the next one.
A shop that counts the whole customer lifecycle
Everything in Shark, plus the other half of the equation: what that customer was worth after the first order.
Running several client accounts under one roof works differently from running one shop, so agency access is not sold from this page. It is arranged directly and priced for the number of accounts, seats and credits you actually need.
Prices are net of VAT. Yearly billing is paid twelve months up front.
Plans differ by module and by credits, and by nothing else. No seat limits, no cap on connected sources, no ceiling on benefits. If something is in a plan, all of it is.

Generation costs money every time it runs, so we bill it in credits rather than burying it in the subscription. One credit is one cent. The meter is in the panel, the cap is yours to set, and the rates are below so you can do the arithmetic before you buy rather than after.
What an image costs depends on the model you pick, and the panel prices every one of them before you run it — video is billed by the second, from 7 credits. Plus 45 credits for the model calls that write the concepts and the image prompts, once per run and not per image. A typical run with four images at 36 credits each is 189 credits. At 3,000 credits a month that is about fifteen runs. Creative analysis and the assistant are included in the subscription and do not eat into this.
Yes, at any point. Moving up, you pay the difference pro rata to the end of the period; moving down takes effect at the next one.
Generation stops until the next month or until you buy a pack. Nothing else switches off — measurement, dashboards and the assistant carry on.
No. The allowance resets on the first day of the billing period. Credits bought separately do not expire.
A run with four images at 36 credits each is 189 credits. At 3,000 credits a month that is about fifteen runs — and more finished images than that, because the concept fee is charged once per run however many images the run makes.
Instead of a trial we offer twenty minutes on your own data. We connect one ad account and one month of orders, and show you the gap between what the platform reports and what the shop actually took.
Yes, every price is in euro, net. VAT is added on the invoice according to your company's country and tax status.
No. The loyalty programme sits in Whale, alongside measurement and advertising. We sell the whole loop, because half of it cannot answer what a customer is worth.
Separately — an agency account with a client switcher, a shared AI budget and one invoice. Tell us how many clients you run and we will send a quote.
Bring one ad account and one month of orders. Twenty minutes, live, on your data — and we will say plainly which plan makes sense for you, including when the answer is none of them.
