Terms of use

Last updated 26 August 2026

Draft — two facts still missing. This notice describes accurately what the site and the demo form actually do, but it cannot yet name the legal entity behind loyalz.io and the address that answers data requests. Until those are filled in it should not be treated as the published notice. Set NEEDS_OWNER in build_legal.py and this banner disappears.

Short, because there is not much to agree to. These terms cover the use of loyalz.io and the demo request on it. They do not cover the Loyalz product itself, which is governed by the agreement signed before it is used.

What a demo is

A demo is a twenty-minute conversation in which we connect one advertising account and one month of orders, read-only, and compute what a customer cost against what that customer has been worth. It is a demonstration, not advice: the numbers describe your data on the day, and no result shown in a demo is a promise about what the product will produce for you.

Requesting one places no obligation on either side. We may decline — most often because the spend involved is too small for the figures to mean anything yet, in which case we will say so rather than take the meeting.

What we do with what you send

We reply to it, and we keep it for as long as the privacy notice says. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

What is on this site

The text, figures and design on loyalz.io are ours. Quote them with attribution; do not republish them wholesale. Where a page names another company, that name belongs to them and appears because the page is about something they publish.

Figures shown on this site are illustrative unless the page says otherwise, and pages that use real data label it as such. If a page states a number without saying where it came from, treat that as an error and tell us.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable at all times, and we may change what is on it.

Which law applies

Polish law, and the courts with jurisdiction over the seat of [legal entity to be named].
